WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT OPTIONS?
We work with credit, debit, bank transfer and bank transfer. Bank transfer will give you 5% discount (not including shipping).
HOW DOES THE RETURN POLICY WORK?
If you purchased a TVK product and didn't like it, we'll refund your money! Pursuant to Article 49 of the Consumer Code, purchases made over the internet can be returned within 7 days of receipt. We send you a postage code, you send it by vote, and within 2 business days after we receive your package, we will refund your money.
HOW DOES EXCHANGE WORK?
If you bought a product and it didn't fit, the first exchange is on us! You send your data, we generate a postal code for the Post, and you send us the product. After 2 working days we send you the new product. For exchange, you can do either for another size, or another product!
